• Guaranteed 3 games
• Registration will ONLY be accepted through The OLA tournament website via JotForm.
• Confirmation Acceptance emails will be sent from the OLA with payment due to Whitby Minor to confirm tournament acceptance.
• WMLA accepts Payments via Peloton or E-transfer once registration is accepted. PLEASE do not send payment prior to being accepted.
• Confirmation will be sent via email to the person who registers to confirm acceptance; auto deposit does not constitute acceptance.
